Every Katanyxis Labs item is made by us. By placing an order, you agree to this policy.
All sales are final
We don’t accept returns or exchanges, and we don’t give refunds for change of mind, wrong size or color chosen, or orders you no longer want. Please check the listing carefully before you buy.
Broken or defective items
If your item arrives broken or has a manufacturing defect, we will send you one free replacement. You don’t need to send the broken item back; please recycle or throw it away.
To claim a replacement, email Adam@katanyxislabs.com within 14 days of delivery with:
- your order number
- a photo of the problem
Each order item can be replaced once. If the replacement also arrives broken, we refund the item price.
What counts as a defect
Our items are 3D printed one at a time. Small differences in color shade, visible layer lines, and tiny surface marks are a normal part of the process and are not defects. Items that were used, modified, painted, or damaged after delivery are not covered.
Lost packages
If your tracking says delivered but you don’t have the package, or it seems lost, email us and we will work with the carrier to sort it out.
